  • 1.2 To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at RMA@strainx.com. Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for returning the product.

  • 1.3 Returned products must be in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as when you received them. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria or to charge a restocking fee.

2. Refunds

  • 2.1 Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • 2.2 Shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for return shipping expenses unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

3. Exchanges
